Texas Southern University Land, Space and Energy Division
Mission Statement
The mission of the Land, Space and Energy Division is to initiate, coordinate and
report the sustenance, capital improvement and operational availability of individual
facilities and the overall campus’ physical environment.
The planned development, capital improvement, renovation, deferred maintenance and
utility use required to build, enhance and enable, in the most appropriate, efficient
and cost effective manner possible will be coordinated, including with outside agencies/entities,
as necessary, by the Division to achieve the Goals, Strategic and Vision Plans for
the physical environment of Texas Southern University.
