Mission
The mission of the Treasury Department at Texas Southern University is to protect and enhance the financial resources of the University through effective cash management, prudent borrowing, and conservative investing of cash reserves. These responsibilities are conducted in an ethical and efficient manner, guided by the strategic plans of the University and the best interests of its students, faculty, and staff.
