2-3 weeks prior to the event

 

I.            Complete the Facilities Request form

                                              i.     Date of Event

                                             ii.     Building and Room Number Requested

                                            iii.     Special Equipment Needs

 

II.           Submit Request Form to the Office of Special Events

 

III.          Confirm Date and Room Availability

V.      Submit Non-Refundable Deposit

 

VI.     Submit Insurance Rider to the Office of Special Events

 

VII.    Sign Facility Contract
