focus on established policies and procedures that relate to contractual
services at the University. The discussion will include an in-depth
review of the Contract Administration policy and the Due Diligence
process. In addition, significant focus will be placed on obligating the
University, Who Can/Cannot, and Consequences for Non-Adherence….

Grants Management: This informative session will provide insight
into compliance of Federal, State and University compliance requirements.
Internal Audit will provide implicit and explicit guidance on audit issues
and concerns in which the University is currently addressing.

Card Training: Class will provide the cardholder with an overview
of the rules and guidelines pertaining to the Procurement Card program.
This will include who can get the card, how to get a card and what can be
purchased with the card.

Effort Workshop: This informative session will provide insight on
time and efforts reporting compliance requirements.
