Will I be receiving a refund?
Students whose financial aid award more than covers the amount of their tuition and fees, housing and meal plan charges may be eligible to receive a refund. To check the status of your account, login to MyTSU web and review your account summary to see if you have a credit balance.


How do I get my refund?
TSU has partnered with BankMobile to process all refunds. Visit and enter your PIN received via mail or TSU email. Once you have logged in you will be able to select one of the following refund options:

  1. Set up a : Set up a direct deposit, where the funds will be posted to your personal bank account. If you select the direct deposit method to receive your refund and your bank information is correct and current as provided to BankMobile, you should receive your refund in your bank account within 2 to 3 business days.
  2. Set up a BankMobile Vibe account where the funds will be deposited into the checking offered by BankMobile. If you select the Vibe checking account to receive your student refund you should receive your refund within 1 business day from when the funds are released from TSU.

Can I change how I receive future refunds?
Yes, you may modify your refund preference online by logging into your account at and enter your login information to make any changes.

 *Please ensure that you have a current and valid US mailing address on file. You can review and make changes to your personal contact information through your MyTSU account.
