Polices and Procedures Applicable to Texas Southern University Employees

Please be advised that the Texas Southern University Board of Regents has amended several sections of the 1995 Operating Manual for Staff Personnel.  As of the date of adoption of the new policies, the 1995 policies were repealed and no longer in effect.  The Board of Regents has also adopted several policies that do not replace existing policies but cover areas not previously addressed by University policies.  The repealed and new policies are listed below.  Please review the policies, then download the attached policy acknowledgment form, read and sign the form, and submit it to your supervisor to be forwarded to your personnel file in Human Resources.  You should also maintain a copy of this form for your records.  If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please feel free to contact the Office of General Counsel at (713) 313-7950.
