Boss Card
At TSU, "You're the Boss." If you have any complaints, concerns, or issues with our facilities or personnel, you are welcome to complete a "Boss Card." Boss Cards can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 713 313-7090. We will respond to every Boss Card in a positive and timely fashion.

Complete a Work Request
If you have a request for work, please feel free to email it to the dispatchers at Physical Plant Dispatch (dispatch@tsu.edu). The dispatchers can also be reached during business hours at 713 313-7090. Requests and supporting information can be faxed to 713 313-7091. Please be sure to provide the following information in your emailed, telephoned, or faxed request:

• Your full name
• The building where the request needs to be done
• The room number or location of the request
• Your TSU telephone extension
• A brief, but clear description of your request

Business & Administrative Services for M & O is responsible for providing vital support services to University Operations. The office is located at the General Services Building, Room 219. Please send comments or suggestions to M & O Administration.

The Physical Plant Operations Department at Texas Southern University is responsible for providing daily operating services to University and making sure that facilities are maintained. The Thermal Utilities Department at Texas Southern University is responsible for providing heating and cooling services to the University and making sure that facilities are comfortable for occupants. The office is located at the General Services Building, Room 216. If you have a Work Request, please see the information above.
