2011 Lunch/Speakers' Series (12:00 - 1:00pm)

The Speakers’ Series is an integral part of the institute. We wish to introduce students to role models, including outstanding Texas Southern University faculty, staff, and students as well community leaders, artists, members of the business sector, etc. During the lunch hour, our distinguished speakers devote 30-45 minutes of their time to inspire and motivate students. We allow time for students to ask questions of our distinguished guests, a feature that brings students closer to recognizing that they, too, can achieve their dreams and make an impact on their community.
