Joyce E. Chandler is a two time graduate of Texas Southern University, and has worked for TSU for the last decade. In the last 10 years she has served in positions such as Secretary to the Registrar, Evaluation Clerk, Assisting in Readmissions Applications.

Joyce currently serves as Sr. Records Analyst for the University. Her duties consist of analyzing student’s degree requirements and curriculums and ensuring they are in accord and compliance with University policy. Joyce’s job entails working with advisors and chairpersons to coincide with student’s queries and questions.

She is a member of the Thurgood Marshall High School Athletic Booster Club, St. Agnes Covenant Keepers Class, and a St. Agnes Deaconess.
