Janice M. Francis has worked in the aerospace industry for 20 years. Her last positions were as Editor and Associate Editor for the payloads that flew on the Space Shuttle missions. After graduating from the Jesse H. Jones School of Business in 1997, Janice left the aerospace industry and became a registered Representative with First Investor Corporation and MetLife Financial Services. She is also a Tax Consultant and teaches a beginner’s tax course. Janice is also an AFLAC Independent Agent.

Janice is a member of the Texas Southern University National Alumni Association, and the Corresponding Secretary and Editor of the Jesse H. Jones School of Business Alumni Association Newsletter. Janice is co-chair for Woods, Attucks, and Worthing Alumni Career Day Program. In addition, she was Secretary for the Chasewood Civic Club for several years.
