Organization Summary
The Summer Scholars Program is an innovative program designed to expose students to information about business careers and encourage them to pursue business degrees in either accounting, finance, management, or marketing at Texas Southern University.
The program puts the challenges that many college freshmen students face in perspective for the high school students through a two-week educational simulation of college life.
The program is open to high school students with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and who demonstrate extracurricular leadership and an interest in majoring in business in college. The program is free to those selected.
