Amitava Chatterjee is a Professor of Finance at Texas Southern University (TSU), TX, with tenure and serves as the Director of Graduate Programs at the JHJ School of Business. He has received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Mississippi, his M.S. and B.S. in Economics from the University of Calcutta, India, and holds Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Associate Business Manager (CABM) licensures. Amitava edited a special issue of Managerial Finance and serves as a member of the Boards of Editors of the Journal of Finance Case Research, AIMS International of Management, Journal of International Business Research, and Southwestern Business Administration Journal. Over the years, he has published over forty proceedings articles and made over sixty scholastic presentations at various regional, national, and international conferences. Amitava is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, and Who’s Who in American Education.
