Jackie Hoyer, Senior Community Development Advisor,

Houston Branch, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

As Senior Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Jackie Hoyer serves as a liaison between the Federal Reserve and Houston-area financial institutions, sharing information on personal financial education, community and economic development issues, and the Community Reinvestment Act. Hoyer has worked on affordable housing, small business development issues and workforce development issues. She currently serves as Vice President of the Credit Coalition board and serves in an advisory capacity for Texas Southern University’s Jesse H. Jones School of Business Advisory Council and Prairie View A&M University’s Graduate School of Community Development Advisory Committee. Hoyer also serves on the Advisory Council of the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce. Hoyer has served on the executive boards of the Houston Area Urban League and Houston Habitat for Humanity.  Hoyer is currently on the Workforce Taskforce for the Greater Houston Partnership.  She is a Fellow in the 26th class of the American Leadership Forum, Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, and a member of the 2010 Fall Class of the Center for Houston’s Future. Hoyer is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent, holds a Leadership Certificate from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, and has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
