Originally worked in a part-time consultant role to establish and implement standard operating procedures for our mobile church that built and moved into a 60,000 square foot facility. 

Created and implemented audio, visual, IT, computer services for lighting and  HVAC procedures; written procedures were communicated to paid staff and volunteers to ensure consistency in operational practices.

•Interviewed and negotiated pricing with vendors regarding services for interior/exterior building maintenance. Analyzed results and selected appropriate vendors; established and monitors levels of service agreements for vendors. Oversees and directs the tasks and functions of the chosen vendors.

•Currently manage two staff members who execute plans to ensure all organized groups have the necessary space, tools, resources and appropriate room set up to facilitate productive meetings. 

•Oversee the execution of all expansions and re-modeling of the church.


Extensive knowledge of IBM’s mainframe systems, IMS and DB2, operating systems, client/server operations and networking;

Extensive working knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks.

Extremely well versed in audio and video productions, Lighting,  and operations.

Proficient level of expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Working knowledge of software controls of HVAC systems.
