My primary area of research is Information Security. I am currently focusing on security related to Cloud Computing and Big Data Analytics.
I have completed two books on Cloud Computing. One book is titled "Security, Trust, and Regulatory Aspects of Cloud Computing in Business Environments"(ISBN: 978-1-4666-5788-5). This book was published by IGI Global, Hershey, PA in March 2014. This is a Research Reference book that I edited with a total of 14 chapters. I contributed two chapters and other colleagues around the world contributed 12 chapters. The second book is titled "Cloud Computing Basics" (ISBN: 978-1-4614-7698-6). This is a sole authored book and comes under the Springer Briefs Series. This book has been very well received. It is being used as a textbook in China and Chile. The publisher's report shows that the chapters of this book have been downloaded nearly ten thousand (10,000) times in about eighteen (18) months.

This is one of the top twenty-five percentage (25%) most downloaded e-books in the relevant Springer e-book Collection in 2015. I am planning to produce a second edition of this book in 2017 reflecting all the changes in the field. This book was published by Springer, New York in May 2014.
I am currently working on the book "Guide to Big Data Application" to be published by springer, NY in early 2017. Several People from around the world have contributed chapters. I am writing one chapter titled "Big Data Application in Marketing".
