Professional Biography
Dr. Earnestine Randleserved as a Teacher/Coach in the Houston Independent School District on both the elementary and high school levels.  She also served as a Scholarship Coordinator.  Dr. Randle has been nominated as COE Teacher of the Year and Hall of Fame.  She holds memberships in sevearl professional organizations and has presented at state and local conferences.
