Professional Biography
Dr. Launey Roberts, Jr.is a Senior Professor of Organizational Culture and Diversity. Dr.
Roberts has served as Department Chair and Director of the Doctoral Center in Educational
Administration and Foundations. He has also served as Associate Dean for Administration and
Coordinator, Division of Field Services. Dr. Roberst has several publications, including
journal articles, monographs, and book chapters. Dr. Roberts has served as a dissertation
advisor to numerous educational administration students seeking the Doctor of Education
Degr He is a member of several professional organizations.
