Application for admission is made on a regular form, which will be sent upon request or downloaded as a PDF. All applicants must request the registrar of institutions previously attended to forward two official transcripts to the Graduate School of Texas Southern University. These transcripts must be received from each institution in which the applicant has previously enrolled before action will be taken on the application.

The applicant's official credentials, including completed application form and transcripts of previous work must be on file in the office of the Graduate School at least four weeks before the date of registration. Applicants must also submit Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores (General Test) or the GMAT for applicants to the master's degree in business.
