The Cooperative Education and Placement Services Center has the major objective of assisting students and alumni with their employment related needs. The Center is composed of four interlocking components: Career Awareness; Job Location and Development (JLD); Cooperative Education (Co-Op)/Internships; and Career Planning and Placement.

Texas Southern University’s Career Placement Center is proud to announce a new software set to link employers with our students for potential placement.

The Tiger Connect! system will enable students to upload their resumes and view upcoming employment opportunities, while allowing employers to view resumes and post employment opportunities. TSU students will benefit from this new development tremendously because their resumes will now be on the forefront for registered employers to see. The employers will also be able to register for Career Fairs as well as request and initialize interview schedules and information sessions.
