Last year's Homecoming brought Tiger pride, connection, and celebration to life, and this year, we're taking it even further. We're excited to come together once again to mark a milestone of 99 years in the making. Homecoming Safety & Campus Guidelines

9:00 p.m. Campus Clean-Out

All people, tents, vehicles, equipment, merchandise, trash and other personal/property items must be removed from campus by 9:00 p.m. On Saturday, October 24.

Follow University Rules

Attendees must comply with all University policies and the directions of University Police, security and University personnel.

Prohibited Items & Activities

Weapons, fireworks, open flames, fighting, disorderly conduct, harassment and other unsafe or disruptive behavior are prohibited.

Alcohol & Smoking

Alcohol is prohibited except in specifically authorized areas or events. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.

Parking & Set-Up

Vehicles, tents and equipment must remain in designated areas and may not block roadways, sidewalks, entrances or emergency access.

Safety First

The University reserves the right to remove individuals, vehicles or items that violate University policies or create a safety concern. Violations may result in removal from campus and/or referral to law enforcement.

P.S., I'm Coming Home

A stunning short film directed by Texas Southern alumnus, @bylorddre Andre LaDon. With a resume that includes giants like the NBA, Olympics, and Coca-Cola (to name a few), this short film is a cinematic love letter to our dear Texas Southern! Get ready for an ode to our roots and traditions—a true love letter to “Home.”
