TSU Ethics Hotline

The TSU Ethics Hotline provides a confidential way for employees to report instances of suspected wrongdoing relating to workplace violence, harassment, waste, fraud, abuse and corruption. 

The TSU Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Confidentiality will be maintained within the confines of the law and anonymity can be maintained if desired.

Other Complaints and Grievances

All calls are accepted by the TSU Ethics Hotline.  However, the Hotline program is not intended for handling employee grievances, such as complaints concerning working conditions, performance evaluations, wages, merit raises, or hours of work. Employees are encouraged to address employment compliance concerns through normal administrative channels such as talking with your supervisor and/or following the University’s grievance procedures (click on the following link to navigate to the Complaint & Grievance Policy page TSU Policy ).

To report suspected other compliance violations of any kind, including violations related to the ethics policy and harassment, talk with your supervisor, Internal Audit or General Counsel. However, if you are not comfortable reporting the situation to your supervisor or another appropriate official, contact the TSU Ethics Hotline.
