Explanatory Statement

The Rules and Regulations and Policy Statements contained herein have been adopted by the Board of Regents and are binding on the Board and all others in the governance of the University. They are to be known as the Regents' Rules and Regulations to distinguish them from any other rules and regulations promulgated by the University. These Rules and Regulations may be added to or amended only through the action of the Board.
