Preference will be given to candidates who have a proven record of visionary leadership, financial acumen, experience and commitment to fund raising; exemplary communication and listening skills, along with the ability to articulate the vision/mission of TSU to public/state officials and prospective donors; and demonstrated competence in establishing a collaborative work environment
