"A" For Effort

The TSU Men's Basketball Club put up a valiant effort but fell short Friday night to Cy-Fair College by the score of 57-44. Cy-Fair jumped out early and held on despite a late charge by TSU. A red hot first half and a balanced scoring attack propelled Cy-Fair to victory. Lynell Jackson led Cy-Fair with 11 points while long range specialist Amit Ramtahal added nine points via three first half three-pointers. Nathan Walker led the Club Tigers with 12 points while Marcus Riley contributed with 11. The loss dropped the team to 2-2 in the NHMCCD Sports Club Conference Standings . The Club Tigers will travel to Tomball to take on Tomball College on October 20th.
