Grants Management Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment Survey

The Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC) will forward a Risk Assessment Survey (available here in Word or PDF format) to Grant Personnel to properly rate each grant and provide accuracy of the Risk Assessment process for Grant Management. The survey will consist of twenty (20) questions with a rating of 0 to 5. The grant personnel should select the rating which applies to their grant.

Risk Assessment Analysis

The OIC will place the results of the survey for each grant in a spreadsheet to determine the order the grants will be reviewed. A rating percentage will be given to each question, which will total 100% for all questions. When the results of each survey are placed in the spreadsheet, each grant will be ranked by its rating, from highest to lowest.
