The TSU Recreation Center offers in-house certified personal trainers who are eager to assist you. A Personal Trainer will provide you the motivation, encouragement and support you need in order to reach your fitness goals in a timely manner.   For those wanting to become personal trainers TSU Recreation Center also provide in house exam Preparatory classes throughout the year. This course is designed to prepare attendees to take a nationally recognized certification exam through The American Council on Exercise (ACE ) and job opportunities within the Recreation Center.  We offer very affordable rates so you can start working on a new you.
