Brief Description
SeniorCize is a modified intensity group exercise program designed to help participants improve quality of life through structured resistance training. It is ideal for persons of advanced years who are just beginning their fitness activities or starting over. All of the movements in the classes are done at an individual pace and can be modified for those who have limited range of motion or special joint considerations.
Program Specifics
For only $120 a year, you are welcome to take advantage of a number of classes that are targeted toward the senior population. In addition to the modified group exercise classes you are entitled to participate in other programs and services offered at the Center such as informal use of the basketball courts, swimming pool, weight room and track.
