Transfer and Former TSU Students

All students applying to the PharmD program must apply to the university.

• Prospective students with or without degrees must apply to TSU using the TSU transfer application 
• Former TSU students must apply using the Readmit Application
• Current TSU students do need to apply to the university again
• The applications to TSU and COPHS are separate and independent. Applicants to the COPHS should to apply concurrently to the university
