Dr. Gautam Nayer graduated from Rutgers University’s School of Public Affairs doctoral program in 2009. He holds a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from UNC Pembroke. His research interests focus on prisoner reentry programs as well as urban and neighborhood development concerns specifically affecting cities and towns in the South.
