Felicia McKnight is entering in her fourth year of employment at the University of Houston (UH) where she holds the position of Human Resource Customer Service Specialist. She began her career at University of Houston in 2001 as a secretary in the Office of the Vice Chancellor/ Vice President for Information Technology. While employed at University of Houston she has participated in various UH community activities such as the March of Dimes Walk – a – Thon, Cougar First Impression volunteer, and Staff Council Picnic Volunteer.

Felicia attended Prairie View A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. While at Prairie View A&M University she was a member of Phi Beta Lambda National Business organization. She held the positions of Reporter and Public Relations Chair. After graduation she went on to continue her education by receiving her Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Southern University. While at TSU, Felicia was a member of the Graduate Student Association where she held the position of Vice President in the Fall of 2003 and President in the Spring of 2004.

Felicia currently resides in Baytown, TX with her four year old daughter, Angel.
