Program Evaluation
The courses and activities provided in the College of Continuing Education are routinely evaluated using an instrument created for that purpose. Evaluation results form the basis for modifications to programs. Customer evaluations are also conducted. These evaluations are mainly used to measure the teaching effectiveness of the specialist. They also measure the program content for relevance, timeliness, and quality of presentation.
Additionally, a needs survey is conducted to determine what additional courses/programs the community would like to see offered.
