LSAT
The LSAT is administered four times a year at various locations in the continental United States. The LSAT is also administered at some locations outside the United States. Applicants are encouraged to register for June, October or December examinations to assure prompt processing. In order to take the test, an applicant must register at least four (4) weeks before the indicated date. The LSAT is also administered in February of each year.
LSDAS
Each applicant (whether applying for the entering class or as a transfer student) must register with the Law School Data Assembly Service (LSDAS) by completing the registration form found in the Law School Admission Council (Law Services) Information Book. LSDAS will assemble the transcripts from the college(s) attended, compute the undergraduate grade point average, and transmit this information, with copies of college transcripts and writing samples, directly to the School of Law.
Subscription to LSDAS is valid for a 12-month period beginning on the date Law Services processed a candidate's order form. Law Services will not produce LSDAS reports for a candidate who is not currently registered with LSDAS. A candidate who has registered with LSDAS in an earlier year must register again or renew his or her service to maintain current status. A candidate with a reportable LSAT (Law School Admission Test) score or record obtained in an earlier subscription period does not have to retake the test. However, the candidate who has not renewed his/her subscription prior to its expiration date must submit new transcripts to LSDAS upon registration each time he or she registers for a 12-month subscription period. For further details on the LSAT examination or LSDAS, call Law Services at (215) 968-1001, 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (eastern time), September - March; 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. (eastern time), April - August.
