University Courtyard - Located on Blodgett and Tierwester. This 308-bed complex is one of the latest University sponsored housing initiatives exclusively for TSU students. The units are four bedrooms/two bathrooms with a shared living room and kitchen. Each student will have his/her own private bedroom with a twin-sized bed. Each apartment is fully furnished with all utilities included and comes with a telephone, basic cable TV, and internet access. Every unit is equipped with an intrusion alarm and a panic button. The complex includes on-site management, community assistants, a maintenance staff, computer lab, fitness center, game room, laundry facilities, and planned activities for the residents.

Tierwester Oaks - Located on Blodgett and Tierwester is phase II of the University Courtyard Apartment styled housing. This facility includes two bedroom/two baths and four bedroom/two baths units. Each student will have his/her own private bedroom with a twin-sized bed. Every apartment is fully furnished with all utilities included and is equipped with a telephone, basic cable/internet access, an intrusion alarm, and a panic button. Richfield Manor – Located on Blodgett and Ennis, this 212-bed facility includes small and large efficiency apartments and small and large one-bedroom apartments. There are five (5) different floor plans from which to choose, and utilities are included in the modestly priced rental rates. The University Courtyard office manages Richfield Manor, and there is also a management office on site.
