The game is a half court game played by two teams of three players each, including a maximum of one substitute. (4 person per team)

1. Playing time consists of two 8 minute halves ( running clock), with an intermission of one minute.

2. A tie score at the end of regulation time shall, whenever possible, result in a 2 minute running clock overtime period, and ball possession is determined by a coin toss.

3. If the score remains tied after overtime, the Tournament Director shall determine the tie breaking procedure.

4. Time outs can only be called by the referee for injuries and special circumstances.

5. Substitutions may be made after a basket, a foul shot or a stoppage of play.

6. The winner of the coin toss shall take first half ball possession, and the loser shall take the possession to start the second half.

7. Ball possession changes hands after each basket, unless a foul is awarded.
