The SeniorCize Program is new to the TSU Recreation and Wellness Center.  The TSU Wellness Staff designed this program specifically for the senior citizens of the community.  While participating in SeniorCize, seniors have the opportunity to improve their health with holistic exercise programs and a Wellness Center membership.

The Center offers a variety of health and wellness resources including pamphlets, packets and brochures.  In addition to the literature, seminars about nutrition, stress management, fitness and many more are offered on a regular basis.

Children's Fitness Program

This fitness program is designed for children ages 6-9 and youth 10-15 whose parents desire to keep them physically fit in an organized and sage environment.  Participants will be able to take advantage of a number of instructional and supervised activities including: Learn to Swim, Recreation Swim, Basketball, Volleyball, Track & Field and Calisthenics

Greek & Dorm Olympics

Although the Greek and Dorm Olympics are not an official component of Recreational Sports, organizers of these programs use the facilities and staff to assist with managing and hosting these activities.  Dormitory and off-campus apartment dwellers engage in a variety of physical and mental activities over a six-week period during the spring semester.  Greek organizations come together for friendly sports and fitness activities under the leadership of the Pan-Hellenic Council.  These are fun-filled and highly competitive events that serve to unify these campus organizations.
