As a recognized university entity, your campus organization or department can explore options outside of the classroom and conference room as we have access to every unique space on campus. With more 20 facilities available to reserve, we will work with you and your team to identify the best location and ambiance for your activity or event. Please allow our office to help transform your ideas into a memorable experience.

Complete the Internal Request Form (Must be at least 14 days in advance of your event):

    • Complete the Internal Request Form (Must be at least 10 days in advance of your event
    • Event Coordinator will confirm room availability, setup and confirmation email will be sent
    • Event Coordinator will contact personnel to determine the following:
      • Department of Public safety for security and parking details
      • Buildings & Grounds for custodial, groundskeeper recommendations
      • For catering needs please use the link provided

Event Coordinator will email confirmation; please review all details thoroughly.

  • If applicable, Fees are due 72 hours before your event
  • Only company checks, money orders or cashier’s checks are acceptable and should be made payable to Texas Southern University which can be submitted to the Office of Event Services (SSLC 220)
