The challenge with accepting a challenge is that you have to live up to the expectations to those who are setting the challenges. Often times it is necessary to set your goals higher than the challenges so that you can leave your challengers in awe. Here in the newsroom, that’s what we are setting out to do. We not only want meet your expectations as our readers we want to surpass them.

Despite the challenges that have faced our university and even our office over the past few years, we are determined to forge on to continue in “Excellence in Achievement” as our university has been determined to do over the last 60 years. As we progress throughout this Diamond Anniversary year, we promise to provide the news that you, the students, want to hear. We’ll report on the administration of our university as it seeks stability, industry changes as it pertains to the availability of jobs, societal affairs for those socially mobile, up-to-date sports coverage, and so much more.
