Dr. Grace A. Loudd, Principal Investigator As a TSU S.H.A.P.E. Initiative principal investigator (CHANGE/YES) Dr. Loudd is committed to TSU campus efforts targeting substance use and HIV/AIDS risk behaviors among college and community-based young adults. She is responsible for the program’s administration, operation, and ongoing communications with the external funding agency. Dr. Loudd is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work.

Nichole Akinbohun-Siner, B.A. - TSI Project Coordinator Ms. Akinbohun is a Psychology/Biology Graduate of Texas Southern University. She has over 30 years experience in clinical-based HIV prevention, treatment, management, programming, and leadership at city and county levels. She is responsible for all day-to-day project operations related to ensuring accountability, marketing, social media awareness, HIV & viral Hepatitis testing and education sessions, activity/outreach design, and establishing, establishing and maintaining community-based partnerships, and internal and external reporting.

Dr. Dominique Guinn, Assistant Professor As a TSU S.H.A.P.E. Initiative principal investigator Dr. Boutte-Queen is responsible for program administration, operations, and campus and community-based partner affiliations. As a 40+ year resident of the Historic Greater Third she nurtures strong and enduring ties to both the business and social communities. Dr. Boutte-Queen is Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Behavioral Sciences (COLABS) and Full Professor of Social Work.
