Four TSU Students Earn Magic Johnson/Coca-Cola Scholarship for Academic Achievement

The Final Four has come and gone, but the impact will go with four TSU students well into their future. During Final Four weekend, they were awarded Earvin “Magic” Johnson Coca-Cola scholarships in the amount of $5,000.

• Amos Gibson – senior – Houston – Aviation Science Management major
• D’Mya McCray – freshman – West Palm Beach, Fla. – English major
• Courmore Timmons – freshman – Humble, Texas – Health Administration major
• Je’von Tone – junior – Houston – Political Science major

The scholarships will go toward their student balance at TSU.
