The Office of Alumni Relations is a liaison between alumni and the university and provides opportunities for alumni to stay connected to their alma mater. We work with numerous departments to communicate messages to alumni that support recruitment and retention of students, as well as fundraising goals. We encourage alumni to keep their contact information updated so we can share news events and networking opportunities. We look forward to helping to facilitate class reunions and homecoming activities.
The students who attend Texas Southern University depend on the support of alumni. Without the participation of alumni mentoring students and assisting with fundraising and scholarship initiatives, the students and university cannot succeed. I encourage you to re-establish your commitment to our students and to Texas Southern University through your continued involvement. As alumni it is not only our responsibility, but our duty to give back.
