Greetings Employers,

Registration for the 2024 Fall Tiger Career Fair has now closed.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for registering for the 2024 Fall Tiger Career Fair at Texas Southern University (TSU). We are committed to ensuring that your visit to our campus is not only pleasant, but also immensely rewarding as you engage with our exceptional students who have the potential to elevate your organization.

Below, you will find logistical details to streamline your experience at the 2024 Fall Career Fair:

1. Parking : Employers registration begins at 8:30am.  Please utilize the  West Garage , 3001 Blodgett St, Houston, Texas 77004.  If full, the overflow parking will be at  East Garage,  3408 Cleburne St, Houston, Texas 77004.  Tiger tram services will be available to transport students and employers from across campus to the Career fair location: HP&E Arena.
   
   
2. Signage -  Career Fair Signage will be placed all over the campus assisting with directions to the H&PE arena for the Career Fair and Career Fair Parking. A campus map is available for your reference on the handshake career fair page.
    
3. Check-in  - Once you have entered the H&PE arena, you will see signs directing you to check-in. Upon Check-in, you will receive your booth assignment and a welcome folder from our development team.
   
   
4. Wi-Fi:  You can connect to TSU's Wi-Fi network using the SSID "TSU-STUDENT." No password required.
   
   
5. Early Arrival : If you plan to drop off company materials, we encourage you to arrive early, as the Career Fair will commence promptly at 10:00 a.m. Set-up for the Career Fair will begin at 8:30 a.m., and we want to ensure your smooth experience.
   
   
6. Shipping Information : For those who require advance shipping of company recruitment materials, please refer to the shipping information below. We will accept shipments until September 24th.  Kindly note that we are not responsible for the return of materials.

1. Electrical Outlets :  Please be aware that there are no electrical outlets available for use during the Career Fair. Plan accordingly for any electronic devices or displays you may need.
   
   
2. Breakfast:  A light continental Breakfast will be provided after you have checked-in and have been assigned to your respective booth. 
   
   
3. Lunch:  We have scheduled lunch, starting at 2:00pm and concluding at 3:30 p.m. We will provide your specific lunchtime slot during the fair. Lunch Roundtables will be facilitated by our Development & Alumni Engagement Team. Please note that it is a fish or chicken option. Lunch will also be available for grab and go.
   
   
4. Interview Spaces:   If you requested interview spaces, kindly note that there will be areas for you to commence your interviews, on the parameters of the career fair. Each employer that has requested interview space will be allotted a certain time which will be provided at check-in. Interviews will also be available for companies the following day, please email cameron.flowers@tsu.edu to confirm availability.   

Please be aware that your company must have registered for the career fair on Handshake before payment to confirm a booth location, signage, and lunch.
