Current TSU Tigers wanting to get their best schedule of classes for the upcoming Spring semester have that opportunity beginning Monday, November 11, when registration begins.
Students should go to MyTSU where there are step-by-step instructions to ensure registration eligibility (i.e., no holds on your record), verify your major, and sign up for classes. “Getting an early start is crucial to student success,” said Dr. Kendall Harris, TSU Provost. “Our studies show that students who register early and lock in their schedule for the next semester have a better success rate for completing their classes and performing well with their academics.”
While MyTSU is the ‘go to’ tool for all things registration, students with questions or concerns about their registration status can also check with their advisor within their college or school. Advisors can walk students through the registration process and answer questions.
TSU is also offering a special winter mini-mester during the upcoming winter break. These three-week classes begin Monday, December 16, and end before the start of the Spring 2020 semester. These classes don’t meet on Christmas or New Year’s Day. As with Spring registration, students can sign up for the winter mini-mester via MyTSU.
