Information for Poster Presenters

About Your Display
  1. Display boards are available for your presentation, and may be picked up at the Division of Research and Innovation, Hannah Hall, Suite 310; March 8 - 14, 2024; 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  2. Display boards are limited to one per abstract received.
  3. The display board description:
    • Dimensions: 36” (height) x 48” (width) x 3/16” (depth)
    • Material: foam core board
    • Color: white
  4. All display boards must be identical to the description above.
  5. Poster Presentation Session Details:
    • Location: Sterling Student Life Center, Tiger Room, 3 rd Floor
    • Report to the station number in your e-mail notification to set up your presentation.
  6. Attend the Presenters Information Session (Microsoft Teams): Monday, March 15, 2024; 12 Noon.
